Rachael

Rachael is our lead groomer. Bored and tired of her office job she decided to make a huge career move at 33– to pet grooming!

Rachael is a Colorado native, who after living in 5 states over the course of 10 years, found herself in her husband Tanner’s hometown of Licking Valley.

She is a mom of 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys, ranging from the ages of 13 down to 2. With 3 out of 4 kids in sports, and her husband coaching varsity football at Licking Valley High School, she doesn’t get a whole lot of free time between running from one practice, game, or meet to the other--almost daily. However, given the chance, she would get lost in the mountains hiking or snow shoeing any day!

Currently, Rachael only has one pup, a black lab named Maya, who hates that mom can properly groom her now, instead of just giving her a hose bath! Rachael grooms mobile with us 4 days a week currently, and is happy to take on new pups big and small!

Alycia

Alycia Cottrell is our grooming assistant and soon to be certified groomer! Ever since she was little she has loved animals. She knew early on that she wanted to have a job with animals, and what better job than seeing pups all day!

She is a fur mama of 2 dogs and 2 cats. Her two dogs are Rocko (Pitbull) and Kara (Australian shepherd) and they are best friends. Her two cats are Hazel and Aurora.

Alycia works two jobs that are completely different. Grooming is Alycia's first job and she also professionally refinishes cabinets!  Ask her what she loves more—and she'll admit she loves them both!

Currently in college studying psychology, Alycia hopes to use her degree eventually to study animal behavior!

In her (little) free time, she loves to craft and make all sorts of different things.
